We fix those problems before the first visit by running a structured onboarding sequence on every engagement.
- Site Walkthrough
We schedule a walkthrough of your facility — in person or by video call for simpler spaces. We map every room, note access requirements, identify floor types and restroom count, and ask about anything specific to your operation. This visit is free.
- Written Scope of Work
Within three business days of the walkthrough, we send a written scope covering every space, every task, and the agreed frequency. The scope is the contract. If it is not in the scope, it is not in the price.
- Crew Assignment
We assign a consistent crew to your facility before the first visit. You receive the names of the crew lead. The same people show up every time unless illness or emergency requires a substitution — in which case we notify you in advance.
- First Clean
The first visit runs slightly longer than a standard visit. The crew walks the space with the scope in hand to confirm room layout, access, and priorities. Any discrepancy between the scope and the actual space is flagged and resolved before the second visit.
- 30-Day Check-In
Thirty days into the contract, we schedule a brief call to confirm the scope is delivering what was intended. If anything is not working — frequency, task list, crew timing — we adjust it. This is built into the contract, not an optional add-on.
Response-Time Commitment
If you contact us during business hours with a service issue, you receive a response within two hours. If the issue requires a visit, we schedule it within 48 hours. We do not charge extra for addressing service issues that fall within the agreed scope.
