General Liability Insurance

We carry general liability insurance appropriate for commercial cleaning operations in Minnesota. This coverage applies to property damage and bodily injury claims arising from our cleaning activities in your facility. A certificate naming your organization as an additional insured is available on request.

Workers’ Compensation

Every crew member working in your facility is covered by workers’ compensation insurance. If a crew member is injured on your property during a cleaning visit, the claim runs through our workers’ compensation policy, not your general liability coverage. This is a non-negotiable requirement for any crew we put in the field.

Bonding

We are bonded. The bond covers theft or dishonesty by crew members while on your premises. If you have concerns about securing specific areas or items during cleaning visits, note them in the scope of work and we address them in the crew brief.
